An Educational week for Greek Hospitality

The first week of the Spring Semester started with a very busy and dynamic program for HOTELIA HRM students and professors!

Hugh Agnew Hopkins, Johnson & Wales professor visited HOTELIA and was the leading speaker in a series of seminars that were designed and addressed to the students and the professionals of the Tourist Industry.

The titles of the seminars that were held at the HOTELIA grounds are the following:
1. Customer Guest Services
2. Cost Control
3. F & B Courses

In the seminars in addition to the HOTELIA HRM students and P.A.P Corp. professionals, a group HRM student with their professor from the French College CFA 3 Villes in LAVAL attended this dynamic educational week.

Additionally as the seminars were open to anyone from the tourism industry
who was interested in, members from Halkidiki Association also attended the seminar.

The certificates of participation were signed by J&W University and HOTELIA HRM school according to the affiliation contract between the two Institutions.
HOTELIA s students acted like perfect hosts and that was another experience of what their future career in the field will look like!

For us at P.A.P Corp. this gathering was a great multicultural experience, an example for the Hospitality Industry on the dynamics of Tourism and a power tool full of optimism for the future.
