This is HOTELIA's 4th year of participation in this Pan-Hellenic contest of Cooking and Pastry excellency, organized in Thessaloniki during the DETROP International Fair by the Chefs Club of Northern Greece OLYMPIOS ZEYS, the World Association of Cooks Societies (WACS) and the Hellenic Chef Association.
Among 6 faculties and 150 attendees, Parpoutsidis Basilis, HOTELIA's first year student in Pastry Arts received:

1. A Silver Medal in Class B', Category 1, "Warm dish with seafood".
2. A Silver Medal in Class H', Category 1, "The best student of the year".
